Laborers

The Laborer is responsible for providing general support in construction and project site operations by performing a variety of manual tasks. Duties include loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled workers, preparing tools and equipment, cleaning and organizing work areas, and ensuring materials are available when needed. The Laborer is expected to follow supervisors' instructions, observe safety regulations, and help maintain an efficient and productive work environment while contributing to the timely completion of projects.



Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or equivalent.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is an advantage.

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual work.

Willing to work outdoors, on-site, and render overtime when necessary.

Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
