**Job Description**
The laborer supports operations both at the branch and in the field at events by handling materials, assisting with product disposal and labeling, and operating material-handling equipment. This role focuses on safely processing and organizing various types of materials, loading and unloading trailers, and occasionally interacting with customers at weekend events to ensure materials are properly sorted and documented.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work at the branch to help separate and process materials according to established procedures.
+ Assist primarily in the paint department by safely dumping paint into 100-gallon tanks, including water-based, latex, oil, cement, and rubber-based paints.
+ Load and unload product from the back of semi-trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
+ Place labels on products once they have been properly processed and disposed of.
