**Job Title: Laborer – Precast Concrete Manufacturing** **Job Description**
This role supports the manufacturing of precast concrete walls and structures by performing a variety of physically demanding tasks, including casting, finishing, mixing, and moving concrete. You will work in an industrial environment on extended shifts to ensure high-quality pre-fabricated concrete products are produced safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with the casting and finishing of precast concrete slabs, walls, and structures according to production specifications.
+ Mix, pour, and move concrete materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing area.
+ Set up forms, molds, and equipment for concrete casting during designated set-up shifts.
+ Strip precast concrete products from forms and prepare them for storage, transport, or further processing.
