Job Description – Fiber Home Laborer (Fiber Optic)

• Assist in the installation of fiber optic cables for residential (Fiber-to-the-Home) connections
• Perform cable laying, pulling, and routing of fiber optic lines under supervision
• Support technicians during fiber termination, splicing, and testing activities
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and work areas before and after installation
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and occupational health standards
• Perform general labor tasks related to fiber optic installation as assigned
• Report work progress, issues, or hazards to the immediate supervisor

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or equivalent, in compliance with minimum employment requirements under local labor laws
• Willing and able to perform manual labor related to fiber optic installation
