The General Laborer supports manufacturing and fabrication operations by performing manual metal finishing, assisting machine operators, and handling materials throughout the facility. This highly physical role involves grinding and smoothing welds, maintaining product quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform manual grinding, sanding, and finishing of welded metal components to meet established quality standards.
+ Inspect welds and finished parts for defects and ensure a smooth, consistent finish on all components.
+ Assist machine operators with equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
