工作职责

• 原材料评估和分析：分析和评估用于湿法工艺和技术的纤维素木浆，合成纤维和化学品的工艺技术改造和研发，如分散剂，湿强剂的选型，生产工艺和设备的优化

• 配方设计/制作手抄片：根据设计好的产品配方，制作手抄片，并借助实验室一起对其进行评估，以适用于工程机械刹车片摩擦材料不同的产品开发项目

• 小试/中试/量产研究和设计：在实验室研究的基础上，组织领导中试，支持商业订单的试生产

• 分析成品纸样品，建立和管理数据库

• 负责原材料检测，并对试验结果进行记录，数据整理及归档

• 负责对产品进行理化分析及摩擦磨损性能试验

• 掌握摩擦材料检测设备的操作使用，程序输入和日常维护保养及校验

任职要求

• 制浆造纸、轻化工专业硕士学历，可接受应届毕业生
