Laboratory Supervisor & NDT Technician

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the laboratory under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager and provide onsite support for the Australian NDT team. This role drives continuous improvement of laboratory processes, equipment, and safety systems, ensuring high‑quality and commercially viable service delivery in line with regulatory and organisational standards.

• Laboratory Supervisor
  • Strategic Planning – Collaborate with the Lab Manager to review facilities, users’ requirements, profitability and business case development for investment in work areas.
  • Communication – Proactively engage with users and staff to understand current and future needs, discuss non‑standard procedures, hazardous work and coordinate notifications to Quest Integrity staff.
