Junior / Operations Executives and/or Technical Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible in performing analyses as defined in the Matrix of Laboratory test and Analyses and reporting test results according to the Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Also responsible for troubleshooting technical-related problems and coaching lab analysts (LA) I and II, lab technicians and lab aides.
  • Assists Junior / Operations Executive in overseeing the day-to-day operations of his / her assigned section.

    • Specific Responsibilities

  • Review samples against Request for Analysis and/or claim stub and/or other information for routine test (including but not limited to sample size, method, availability of reagents/equipment for testing/TAT) when designated by the supervisor
