Looking for Lab Manager Operations (ISO/IEC 17025 Certified Preferred) Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days max Location : Chennai, Maraimalai Nagar Exp: 5-8 Years Bachelors Degree in Engineering Primary Job Responsibilities: 1. Test Activity Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor all testing activities to ensure timely execution and optimal utilization of resources. 2. Customer Coordination & Communication: Manage test slot bookings, provide status updates, and handle customer queries, clarifications, and escalations. 3. Program & SRF Management: Review and approve SRFs, ensure proper sample tracking, and monitor execution of test programs as per requirements. 4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, delivery, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of test programs. 5.
