Job Description

+ Execute testing based on defined test plans, standards, and datasheets with appropriate supervision and guidance

+ Evaluate test performance and sample behavior to ensure accurate interpretation of results

+ Record, analyze, and clearly document test results; prepare comprehensive and accurate test reports

+ Act as Project Lead for simple test programs, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication with support from senior team members

+ Develop and own test plans, ensuring timely completion, report accuracy, and effective coordination of project activities

+ Communicate project status, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and clients as required

+ Examine customer samples and determine appropriate testing methods with guidance, building technical expertise over time

+ Engage with clients during project setup and execution to ensure proper understanding and evaluation of requirements
