Serves as the primary IT partner to scientific stakeholders, providing advanced application support, managing integrations and upgrades, driving workflow optimization, and ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable lab technology solutions. Also oversees vendor performance, IT service management processes, and data enablement initiatives that support analytics and AI-driven research.
