Job Purpose:
As Laboratory Analyst, he/she is responsible in performing NIR analysis and chemical analysis as prescribed in the Work Instruction Manual and operate laboratory equipment according to the Equipment’s Operation Manual. This person is responsible to monitor trend of analysis and report any deviation to the Laboratory Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
Assess and segregate samples for analysis based on the quality control plan.Conduct required wet chemistry analysis and mycotoxin analysis of raw material, finished product and special samples according to procedure laid down in the work instruction manual.Check accuracy of result using the quality control sample from ring trial test or internal QC sample.Plot result of quality control sample in a chart and monitor the trend.Report to Laboratory Supervisor if trends are outside the set limit.Prepare reagents, condu...
