We're looking for a Labor Relations Attorney to join our Legal team and provide support in managing labor, disciplinary, and administrative matters for the company.

This isn't just an operational role — we're looking for a professional who can help prevent and address labor disputes, promote best practices in employee relations, and bring strong legal judgment to every process.

What you'll do:

• Handle verbal and written inquiries
• Analyze and process disciplinary cases
• Manage tutelas, petition rights (derechos de petición), and administrative complaints
• Process contract terminations (with cause, without cause, or mutual agreement)
• Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date legal department databases
