Job Description
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Provide strategic guidance and hands on assistance for Operating Units to manage through complex global labor relations issues, for contract negotiations, for pro‑active employee relations and organizing campaigns, with a focus on Argentina.
- Provide expert: advocacy in labor arbitrations and with government agencies (legal research, counsel, company lead advocate) labor relations consultation and counsel to operating units.
- Supports the execution of global labor relations philosophy and partners with the business stake holders on the determined strategy and philosophy.
- Enhance organization’s labor relations competence through development and facilitation of labor relations training and mentorship.
