The Labor Relations Analyst provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs and practices.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coordinate recruitment agencies
- Generate KPIS
- Create accion plans to work with supervisors in areas
- Supporting Union activities and requerimients
- Labor relationship activities
**Background & Skills**:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or another relevant academic background is required.
- English advanced
- operational experience as an HR Labor Analyst, come from a global industrial environment.
