We are seeking a hands‑on Label Converting Equipment Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and support of advanced converting equipment used in RFID labels, apparel labels, and related products.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and improve label converting equipment and processes.
  • Lead machine commissioning, validation, and production startup activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues to maximize uptime and yield.
  • Work with automation systems including PLCs, servo drives, sensors, vision systems, and HMI interfaces.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external equipment suppliers.
