Lab Test Engineer-

Feature Tester / Lab Test Engineer- Plano, Texas and Bellevue, WA.

We are seeking a hands-on Lab Test Engineer / Feature Test Engineer to support integration, feature validation, troubleshooting, and testing of next-generation wireless products in radio labs before nationwide deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of LTE/5G technologies
• Validate new radio software and hardware features
• Execute feature testing, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities
• Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing for pre-commercial radio products
• Work closely with teams, project managers, and customers
• Participate in automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency
