Be responsible for implementing all the policies for the construction, operation and management of Schneider's New Power Distribution Innovation Laboratory. Implementation of new laboratory project, including on site quality inspection, issue finding & management, equipment installation, layout planning and related file system construction, etc. Laboratory daily work including equipment regular maintenance, daily operation, SOP and parameter management. Responsible for establishing laboratory equipment files, manage equipment calibration, using records according to the laboratory standardization requirements. Responsible for laboratory equipment problems solving during operation, ensure the safe operation of the equipment meet the demand of project. Lab safety management such 5 s and EHS management.
