The Food Science Laboratory Technician provides assistance during laboratory classes and related activities of the Hospitality Management Department. This role is responsible for the correct use, upkeep, and secure storage of laboratory equipment, tools, chemicals, and food-based materials. The technician also ensures proper documentation and supports the efficient conduct of laboratory operations.



Job Qualifications

  • Completion of a two-year program in any food-related course or a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
  • Prior experience in a related role is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Training or certification in laboratory procedures or operations is preferred
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, particularly in record-keeping and systematic arrangement of kitchen tools and equipment
