Job Description
The R&D Lab Technician is responsible for supporting research projects, assisting with new product formulations, and helping maintain and improve existing products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. The Lab Technician must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs.
Responsibilities
+ Operate laboratory equipment properly, safely, and in accordance with internal SOPs.
+ Perform accurate weighing, measuring, and preparation of ingredients and samples.
+ Record experimental data clearly and reliably in lab notebooks and digital systems.
