Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

1) Module NPI/Engineering Qualification & HVM/DOE execution:

• Manage the units/Board logistic/transfer to different locations within Kulim Intel for execution/Testing
• Visual Inspections on the board & Boards/Units inventory & recording include unit labelling/storage.
• Store the Units/Board# vs. MVT/Test Datalog in the database
• Execute all the QnR Qual/Engineering activities including HTO, LTO, CC, THB, Shear test etc.

2) Module/Board MVT/FOQM Testing

• Support on the board/unit testing in Kulim including Test setup/unit load- in/out/labelling

3) Documentation

• Record on the result observed as requested into share drive
• Summarize/conclude the observed result

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
