Overview

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for laboratory-based tasks, including sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing results, and direct examination of products to ensure quality standards and procedures are met, in alignment with legislation and customer specifications. The Laboratory Technician carries out fundamental tests as part of the quality assurance team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and adherence to the organization's quality assurance policies, with responsibility for identifying defects and production errors to prevent materials from entering the supply chain. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
