Lab Manager - Giga Labs

This position is for GIGA Labs management position, part of I&T, EMCTO, leading a team of approximately 60+ employees . The team specializes in Prototyping, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental , EMC verification testing at our labs at Bangalore. The team is responsible for V&V certification testing, surveillance testing ensuring that all Schneider Electric products offered to market meet all regulatory requirements and are of the highest quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of ~60 employees. Ensure efficient lab operations, safety compliance, and work prioritization. Collaborate with project test leaders to build a future-ready R&D roadmap. Maintain high standards of quality and manage accreditations (UL, SEMKO, DEKRA, NABL, BIS).
