Job Description

Diageo Arandas, Jalisco is seeking a Laboratory Lead to supervise a team of analysts, drive sample throughput and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 quality adherence. You will oversee equipment, data integrity and method validation to ensure defensible reports for R&D and operations.

You will coordinate proficiency testing, optimize lab processes and manage the annual budget, while partnering with agronomy and R&D teams to deliver reliable data and impactful insights.
