Key Responsibilities

A. Teaching Facilitation

  • Conduct STEM workshops and classroom sessions in Hindi and English.
  • Guide students in using Tinkering Lab tools such as Arduino, 3D printers, robotics kits, sensors, etc.
  • Encourage design thinking, innovation, and problem-solving among students.
  • Develop lesson plans aligned with STEM learning goals and NEP guidelines.

B. Lab Operations Management

  • Maintain lab inventory, tools, and safety protocols.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware/software for lab activities.
  • Prepare demonstration models and ensure lab readiness before sessions.

C. Training & Capacity Building

  • Train teachers to integrate STEM learning into their curriculum.
  • Build capacity of student peer leaders and science clubs.
