Job Description:
As Engineering Lab Technician, you will be responsible for daily support lab operation. This role will work closely with engineering teams on system setup, inventory management, and data collection activity ensuring result accuracy and compliances.
Perform in-depth first-level non-destructive failure assessments, support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during testing.
Support engineers during internal and external audits. Ensure all lab processes, records, and safety protocols are audit-ready and meet applicable ISO, customer or regulatory standards.
Ensure all results and traceability are accurately documented.
Identify, propose and work with engineers to implement improvements in lab processes and methodology to increase efficiency and accuracy.
To coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance and machine verification.
Perform validation test and troubleshooting on tester and board.
