Lab Engineer (Hardware Support/ IT Support)

Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities;

  • PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Support for production PC issues, failures etc.
  • Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
  • Receive issues, update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
  • Perform troubleshooting on: PC Hardware issues, network failure, good in command prompt.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience required in IT Technical support.
  • Must be able to handle IT hardware / software / Networking and have trouble-shooting skill.
  • Must be able to handle IT hardware / software installation.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to learn more.
Note: Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24/7
