LAB ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine laboratory testing and analysis of chemical formulations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing and evaluation activities.
• Conduct basic formulation support tasks under supervision, including mixing, sample handling, and stability checks.
• Record, capture, and maintain accurate laboratory data, test results, and documentation.
• Support quality control processes by performing checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per training and established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, chemical handling protocols, and company quality systems.
• Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, or equipment faults to the relevant supervisor.
