Individual Accountabilities

  • Lab Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the technology lab, including hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Environment Provisioning: Manage the provisioning, configuration, and optimization of lab environments.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure all lab environments comply with security policies and industry standards.
  •  Innovation Enablement: Provide technical support and guidance to R&D teams for rapid prototyping and experimentation.
  •  Automation & Efficiency: Implement automation tools and processes to streamline environment management and deployment workflows.
  •  Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with hardware, software, support and account teams to ensure labs and show rooms are up to date and supporting the needs of the business.
