The successful candidate will be responsible for mise en place and service in the restaurant kitchen.
Experience in modern fine dining food is essential.
French and Western style brasserie type ala carte food experience is essential.
Minimum 2 years chef de partie experience needed.
The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop own skills and also a good level of experience at the fine food level.
Other requirements include:
• Professional Cookery qualification/catering education/or kitchen training
• Full Chef de Partie experience in fine dining environment
