The
L4
NOC MS Engineer
is a senior role responsible for handling complex operational issues within the Network Operations Center. This position ensures firewall integrity, business continuity readiness, and optimal server and network uptime for client environments. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to monitoring and incident response. The engineer will also guide and mentor junior NOC engineers to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. Success in this position is measured by the ability to maintain high uptime, resolve escalated incidents, produce accurate reports, and support the NOC team in achieving departmental goals.
