L3 production support

Overview

Infosys is seeking a Java production support analyst. In this role you will interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality code, supporting testing and other activities related to project implementation, transition, and warranty. Technical Expertise

• Experience working in application support, maintenance, and analysis in Core Java, J2EE, and any RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Application support / production support / L3 support, maintenance and analysis skills mandatory; Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
