L3 Production Support, Core Banking

Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and support of the Silverlake core banking ATM systems within UOB Innovation Hub 2.

Responsibilities

• Work with business analysts to understand and assess business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and ongoing support of Silverlake core banking ATM systems.
• Act as a quality assurance gatekeeper for team delivery in conformance with UOB’s software delivery methodology and tools.
• Partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
• Provide L3 support for production issues on Silverlake core banking modules.
• Handle problem management, including root‑cause analysis, permanent fixes and preventive measures.
