L3 NOC Managed Services Engineer

SUMMARY

The NOC L3 MS Engineer is a senior role, handling complex operational issues within the Network Operations Center. You are responsible for ensuring firewall integrity, business continuity readiness, and server/network uptime for client environments. This position requires advanced technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to monitoring and incident response. You will also guide and mentor junior NOC engineers, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence. Success is measured by your ability to maintain high uptime, resolve escalated incidents, produce accurate reports, and support the NOC team in achieving departmental goals.
