L3 Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain LAN / WAN / WLAN infrastructure across multiple vendors
• Perform network hardware & software upgrades, firmware vulnerability detection, and upgrade planning
• Use tools like Cisco Total Care, Rapid7, SolarWinds NCM for monitoring and compliance
• Configure and troubleshoot Switching technologies:
• VLAN, Private VLAN, VTP v3
• STP / PVSTP / RSTP / MST
• EtherChannel, UDLD, SPAN / RSPAN
• DHCP, DHCP Snooping, DAI, IP Source Guard
• HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
• Port Security, Storm Control, SNMP, NTP
• AAA, Dot1x, MAB, Switch Stack
• Configure and troubleshoot Routing technologies:
• Static routing, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
• Route Redistribution, Summarization
• Route-maps, Prefix-lists, ACLs
• NetFlow, IP SLA, VRF
• Configure and manage Firewall & Security:
• FortiGate / Cisco ASA / Cisco FTD
