The L3 Microsoft 365 Engineer serves as the senior technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 environment, providing advanced support, administration, and optimization across the M365 platform. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Manage identity, access, authentication, conditional access, and security controls.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
