Summary

The L3 Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting our AWS cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This hands‑on role requires expertise with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization, supporting both operational stability and automation initiatives. The specialist works closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, ELB, Route 53, Systems Manager, and X‑Ray.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues across EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and networking components.
