  • We’re partnering with a global enterprise to hire a hands-on Workplace Technology/Support Supporting end-user computing, AV/collaboration systems, and enterprise tooling at scale.
  • This role requires someone who can own L support, handle executive-facing issues, and troubleshoot conference room technologies in real time, while operating within a structured enterprise environment.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Level support across Windows and macOS endpoints (OS, hardware, applications, devices).
  • Support ~, users as part of a -member distributed team.
  • Provide white-glove/VIP support with rapid response and high-touch resolution.
  • Support + conference rooms and ensure seamless daily meetings/events.
  • Manage and resolve incidents via a ticketing system with proper documentation.
