Job Description
We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support (L2) to handle onsite IT equipment setup, troubleshooting, and network support.
Responsibilities
- Set up and support POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Install and maintain Windows OS (10 and up) & Microsoft 365
- Install and manage Sophos antivirus
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, and replacement
- Provide on-site IT support (L2 level)
- Assist in network setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic cabling
- Deployment, documentation, and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Support / Technical Support / L2 Onsite Support
- Knowledge in hardware, software, POS systems, and networking
- Willing to do on-site fieldwork and deployments
