Job Description

We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support (L2) to handle onsite IT equipment setup, troubleshooting, and network support.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and support POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Install and maintain Windows OS (10 and up) & Microsoft 365
  • Install and manage Sophos antivirus
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, and replacement
  • Provide on-site IT support (L2 level)
  • Assist in network setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic cabling
  • Deployment, documentation, and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Support / Technical Support / L2 Onsite Support
  • Knowledge in hardware, software, POS systems, and networking
  • Willing to do on-site fieldwork and deployments
