Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a Manufacturing Organization in Brisbane, and they are looking for additional support to assist with service desk operations. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Triage escalated tickets from L1 team in relates to Hardware, Software, VMs and NetworkingTroubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 applications, Networking (Meraki), Alert & Server Monitoring (VMware/ Hyper V), and Device Management (Intune)Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing systemGetting involved with IT projects as required.Details:
