Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Level 2 ( Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage, maintain, and enhance monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports using the Elastic Stack (Elastic v8).
This role sits within the DevSecOps team and focuses on translating system and application logs, metrics, and performance data into actionable insights for infrastructure, application, and IT operations teams.
While Elastic platform administration is handled by a dedicated administrator, this Systems Engineer will work hands-on with Elastic dashboards, queries, alerts, and observability standards, and help improve monitoring practices across the organization.

Monitoring, Dashboarding & Reporting
Build, maintain, and improve Kibana dashboards and visualizations for:
Server and infrastructure metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network, uptime)
