Role Description

This is a contract role for an L2 Support Specialist (Network & Servers) based on-site in Kuching Sarawak. The L2 Support Specialist will provide advanced technical and customer support, troubleshoot network and server-related issues, and ensure systems run efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving escalated technical problems, maintaining system integrity, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operational performance.
