L2 Support Engineer – Telecom OSS Service Assurance (BMC Remedy, Java) – Contract – Finland

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for an experienced
L2 Support Engineer
to support Telecom OSS Service Assurance systems within a highly secure production environment in Finland.

You will maintain and troubleshoot
BMC Remedy ITSM modules
(Incident, Change, Problem, Work Order), support OSS/BSS integrations across Inventory, Assurance, and CRM systems, and deliver Java backend fixes and API integrations. The role involves following ITIL processes, monitoring SLA dashboards and ticket lifecycle metrics, enforcing secure data handling practices (RBAC, credential management, audit trails), performing Linux, Shell, and SQL operational tasks, and collaborating closely with Network Operations, Customer Care, Security teams, and OSS Architects.
