Job Description:
Must Have:
Monitoring data ingestion pipelines, investigating and resolving issues/failures
• Escalation of issues to L3 Support
• Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Investigating issues raised by the consumers of the platform
• Monitoring the health and performance of the EMEA Data Platform • Implementing BaU fixes to resolve issues • Provide status reporting on Production issues • Documentation and building a support knowledge base
Functioning as an Application Support for the new Cloud platform at one of the corporate investment bank.
Support the applications hosted on Azure/Databricks and facilitate onboarding of application to the Cloud platform.
