L2 Security Analyst: MSSP Escalations & Incident Response

Ensign InfoSecurity is looking for a Level 2 Security Analyst to operate in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment. This position involves handling complex alerts and security incidents while serving as an advanced escalation point for Tier 1 analysts.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, performing malware analyses, and ensuring adherence to customer-centric SLAs. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in a Security Operations Center are required.
