We are currently seeking a L2 Production Support || Linux || SQL || Mongo DB to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

• Good experience on Linux/Windows system platforms and Perl, Shell Scripting.
• Good knowledge on Database like DB2/MS-SQL/Mongo DB (SQL and stored procedures).
• Experience as a Java/.Net application developer and production support engineer is an added advantage.
• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Hands on experience in production deployment and release management.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and debugging application issues.
