**L2 Operational Support in Italian and/or German**



Location: Budapest, Hungary

Job Type: Full Time

Working model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)



**Key responsibilities:**



+ Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex mobility incidents escalated from L1 support

+ Diagnose and resolve device enrollment, configuration, compliance and application deployment issues

+ Support mobile OS upgrades, patching strategies and device lifecycle events

+ Ensure minimal disruption to business users through rapid root cause identification



**Strategic Mobility Platform Management**



+ Own the technical roadmap for all MDM platforms including JAMF Pro, IBM MaaS360 and Ivanti

+ Evaluate OS changes from Apple and Android and assess enterprise impact

+ Proactively recommend enhancements, automation opportunities and platform optimizations
