In this role, you will provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance for the mobile application, collaborate with developers, QA, and customer support teams, and ensure smooth app functionality. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Level 2 application support and strong JavaScript debugging skills. This position is onsite in Antipolo City, Philippines.
