Role Summary

We are seeking an L2 Core Infrastructure Engineer to support a hybrid enterprise environment consisting of On-Prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.


The role is part of a 24×7 operations team, responsible for L2 support, incident resolution, and ensuring availability of core infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage On-Prem Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, OU structure).

  • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a hybrid setup:

  • Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync monitoring and troubleshooting

  • User, group, and device lifecycle support

  • Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online:

  • Mailboxes, DLs, shared mailboxes, mail flow issues

  • Support Microsoft Tea...
