Job Description

We are looking for an L2 Application Support Engineer to provide 24x7 operational support for business‑critical applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, deployments, environment support, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong hands‑on technical experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle, SQL or PL/SQL, APIs, Linux/Unix, AWS, middleware, and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2 application support for production and non-production environments.
  • Monitor application alerts, system logs, batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled activities.
  • Manage and resolve application incident tickets from investigation to closure.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application‑related issues to minimize business and customer impact.
